    Glad it was helpful!

Maybe try using a length of paracord (or other thin rope) to loop through the latch and allow you to pull it tight easier. Just tried this on mine and if I held the cord tight with one hand I could easily slide the block up and down behind it. Just be careful to pull it back straight to avoid any weird stresses on the panel or latch.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
What about adding a grab handle to the inside of the GFC rear hatch? Or use a piece of para cord or thin rope to lasso the locking mechanism, so as you can pull on it a bit to be able move the tumbler.

Edit - LOL I guess I should have read the 2 posts after that :)

Been looking for some triangular shaped storage bags with roll cage straps.
This what I have found so far. If anyone knows of another maker, let a brutha know.

Haven't tried but maybe some of the new style bike frame bags will work? Revelate Designs makes awesome stuff... REI has it, REI also has their own store brand bags

I was also thinking bike frame bags. You might need to modify the bag though, since they’re usually designed with Velcro straps on two sides. Maybe DIY one and modify the design?

The issue I think is that only the long side of the triangle can be easily strapped around the GFC space frame, at least on the v2.

Agreed, for my V1, definitely can get the long side and the short side, top will be tricky as it's sealed... I regularly run zip ties between the frame and the bulb seal at the bottom and on the end/vertical bars, camper to frame interface is bolted/glued/siliconed in place along the top...

When JB says roll cage too... he may actually not be looking for his GFC... knowing him its for some other vehicle with a roll cage...

I think I am going to build out a bench and consolidate things. My decked box is killer and I have made it so g with running an array of power to it.
But I think this layout just makes the most sense.
Or if I don’t build a bench, I would get boxes sitting height running the length of one side of the bed, similar to the large Alu boxes in this pic of the tundra.

Full on hammock, right inside the bed, just throw my stuff in, pull the cinch, and hit it. Thinking about incorporating a built in slackline to get to the 2nd story.

I'd have more to show, but I have no earthly idea what I'm doing...

Zip ties between the bulb seal is a good idea.
And bike frame bags would be perfect for a general roll cage application.

The Backseat Bunker (Duluth Trading Co) was also more than worth the money!
