I would suggest an AAL in the rear pack. The suspension on your 21 will flatten out, and to put you back in the sweet spot, I would get something.
    Like an Icon AAL.

You can always put the GFC on there, ride around. If your hitting bump stops or feel like your rear isn’t responsive anymore, stiffen it up.

Thanks. I figured I'd make some upgrades at some point, just wasn't gonna rush out and do it right now. Let the bank account recover a bit.....

Keep an eye out. I sold a set for $150. A friend did the same when he upgraded. They are all over the place. And really cheap to be honest. It’s only a couple metal leafs.

I added a whole new set of heavy duty rear leaf springs when I got the GFC..... I also have a drawer system and tools in there so it worked out perfectly and rides plush

Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
It’s done! Had to put some grommets into the canvas but it’s easy peasy.

I really like mine. Great spot for toiletries, spare pair of shoes, rain jacket, Big enough for 1 folding chair or 2 small rei style chairs. I think I also have a spare Med kit and Bluetooth speaker.

I go to a lot of concerts and shows, it’s killer to be able to pop the gull wing doors up and quickly get to what you need.

Were the grommets used to mount it? I just hung it around the bars by wrapping it a couple times.
I had to shorten the bar slightly.

do you have a V1? With the V2s there’s no way I could use the clips and strap from Duluth
