    what people dont realize about most dui laws though...is that drinking then driving in and of itself is not illegal...its when you drive impaired that youre breaking the law...i have no intentions of doing so...and i wont drive after 3 beers or so...depending on what ive eaten and how fast ive downed the beers

    my job is too important to me to risk on a couple of beers...

    we had a deputy get arrested and fired 4th of july weekend for dui and felony hit and run :eek::mad: jackass blew a .20 on the ba...to top it off he also got charge with failure to maintain insurance and he should have been charged with failure to stop for a blue light because he ran from our own deputies and would only stop for the highway patrol
