    6 inch BDS lift
Need some help here. So I bought my 2019 Tacoma. And it had a BDS 4inch Spacer lift. I didn't install. I can't find a 4 inch coilover lift to replace the spacers. And 4 inch lift leaf springs to replace the 4 inch lift blocks. Can I drop to a 3.5 inch lift ? Say from Rough Country? I also have the differential drop. And extended steering knuckles that came with the BDS lift kit. Am I cursed? Any info would be appreciated.

You could go to a 3.5” lift and it should be fine. Another option might be to stack a block on top of the coil over you want, to achieve the 4” you currently have.

Any info I've researched on after market coilovers. Everything says "Do not use with spacers" One reason would be.. it decreases your up travel within the shocks. And you could damage them. But..its only half an inch.
I am thinking the same as you on the 3.5 inch conversion. I don't think the axle angle change. Would even be noticeable..

Is it a diff drop, or is cross member cut and new (aftermarket) installed? Guessing later.

Crossmember is cut and BDS one installed. Also has extended steering knuckles.

Agree, but the stock suspension would also have the same "do not use with spacers" warning. Your goal is to have the most travel you can get and keep the lift about where it is? There's all kinds of things you can do, but different options will require different stops, drops, extensions, drops, etc...

I didn't think of that.. be no different than doing a 1/2 inch spacer lift on stock suspension. Right now.. my geometry is all within factory specs..as far as the axle angles..drive shaft angles. Drives haft has spacer installed as well. So yea.. I think a 1/2 inch spacer on top of the 2.5 inch lift coilovers..should work. And replacing the stock rear leafsprings and the 4 inch lift blocks...to a 3.5 inch lift RC leaf pack. Possibly just leave it at that.. might level out nicer.
I think we've talked me into it.
