Ok so i currently have a 06 sport 6spd that i use to tow my small popup (bout 1400lbs) anyways i'm most likely buying a 2010 sport with auto this time and i was curious if there is anything i need to do differently. Now correct me if i'm wrong but if it comes with the factory tow package then it has a tranny and oil cooling system right? and i know not to tow in overdrive, so there is a button to disable this right?(sorry it's be awhile since i towed with an auto) i'm guessing there is not going to be much difference between towing with the 6psd vs auto...but i just was curious :p

The auto is easier to tow with.

Your gonna miss 6th pulling that 1400 lb trailer.

No button, if you look at the auto's shift column, 4th is where you naturally go, straight up. Over to right is OD.

No reason not to tow in overdrive. This is not a chevy. Especially with a light camper and a towing package.
