Spacers front only, oblong the hole in the back mount, and vise versa. Other wise, it will be hell to get the longer bolts to thread back in without ovaling out the holes. I had to do all 4 holes (lol) to get the threads back in line, but well worth my inspiring seating position... You too will like it I'm almost sure if f it.....

I saw Slipknot debut their self titled "Slipknot" album, was a hardcore fan, until Iowa, and shit went downhill for them in my opinion.... Still rock the first two albums tho!!! Massacratingly brutal pits, hospitalizations and knockouts!!! My glory days!! Lol!!

Yup. Slayer is a fave of mine. Got into many a pit in my younger years and hung out with Godsmack quite often

I'm 5'6", aka: "fun sized" and haven't really noticed any issues with the seat height...

That clown mask, though. I don't have phobias of clowns but that shit is freaky. Your passengers must love getting in and seeing that at eye level right as they open the door!

    none......yet
when you did the ovaling.....was it for the back bolts? i assume because the added height in the front will cause the back not to line up. is that right? thanks.
    nice work by the way.

Tacoman83, yes you're right. I packed both front and rear because I placed spacers both front and rear.... The bolt holes apparently had very tight tolerances, so instead of forcing the threads in, I just ovaled out the hole more. I'm not sure, but I might've purchased 3 1/2 or 4" bolts because I was also able to fit the washer, which adds stability to the seat.... Good thing is you can still reinstall the plastic covers over the bolts....

@Cruzordie, they are sway-a-way polyurethane shock bushings from Auto zone... 8-pack with washers for about $15-is, under $20 where they have their air intakes at. At least that's where I found these....

@Cruzordie, shorty headers add torque, long-tube headers are more efficient at higher rpm... Don't know much of the gas savings, but I recon if there is more torque, that's less stress on the engine, and better acceleration, and not much on the upper end, but looking at the cost and where the rpm range is at the majority of the time, I'd love long tubes, but I think the shorties are more justifiable for trucks. THATS JUST MY "OPINION" NOT ACTUAL TESTED AND TRIED FACTS) < Just so members don't start an entire debate.... you know....

Long tubes require the whole y-pipe, and whatever, shorties are installed like factory, and your done... Add to that a flowmaster or exhaust of your liking and voila.......

Installed me a Flowmaster Super 44. Had too much inner-drone, due to leaving the muffler without the rest of the piping... Installed the extra 23" of pipe and turn-down after the axle, and no more drone. The exhaust note is not really to my liking, but the more air to get sucked in, and the quicker you expel the air, the more efficient the Taco.... The sound is just that... So just crank up the tunes I will....

I'm fixing to throw some Doug thorley long tube headers with a bigger y-pipe which should work well with my Flowmaster dbx cat back exhaust and k@n cai.

That's bad ass, but I gotta ask, what led you to chose DT headers?? Just curious. It sounds like it should be a bad ass set up... Are you going to have to buy a second pipe, mid-pipe or something?? Or is it a complete kit??
My bad bro. You are going larger y-pipe. Hope it all goes well....
