The glass ? It is +6 front and rear and the fronts will likely need to be widened with the new +4 kit...

This makes me sad. Sure I’ll ship you my bumper...$250-$3 bills each way for some welds there I shouldn’t have had to worry about in the first place.

Trucks looking good dude. How’s your little one doing?

Couple of small truck updates :

Installed an Artec battery box rattle canned with Steelit and a new yellow top Optima, my last yellow top was 10+ years old and finally started to swell and crack a bit...still worked just started looking like a time bomb LOL. My OE battery platform was rubbed pretty raw and had some surface rust so I taped it off, ground it all down to bare metal, sealed it, hit it with self etching primer and a coat of silver Steelit :

Got these bad boys in the mail, install will wait til the weekend. 3 piece AGM billet and Delrin CO sliders. My king sliders tend to get twisted and bind on the threaded CO body because the coils themselves twist the slider. The longer body and billet outer on these hold the slider more square along the CO :

@81Trekker has officially started assembling my new +4 kit

How much clearance between the axleshaft and the LCA looks like they are touching in the pic. That's a pretty good amount with stock orientation uniballs! Impressive.

I figured it was the angle and shadowing not showing it well. Thanks

More progress pics from @81Trekker at JD Fab :

In this pic you can see the new bypass hoops, new double shear kit, LCA tab kit and as an added touch they are grinding off the OE Dana chassis welds and correcting them. In addition to chopping off the low hanging front bumper cross member he is strengthening the entire front of the frame to properly support winching. First step was to plate the front crumple zone :

Here you can see that the whole lower portion of the CBI bumper has been chopped off to match the front frame chop. It will be re plated to match and integrate with the new skid plate that ties into the JD Fab LCA tab kit :

Here you can see the strengthening plate, next the OE bumper mounts will be chopped off and a new front crossmember will be installed so that the bumper will have double the mounting points as the OE set up and all with grade 8 hardware. You can also see where he has strengthened the core support mount :
