Like new headlight housings and LED H4 bulbs. They have only been in my truck for maybe a month while I repair my retrofitted housings. They are DWVO branded housings, came with no bulbs/plugs or the rubber seal, you can use the ones from your old housings. I put some silicone around them to help keep water out, a common thing with aftermarket headlights. They might have a few tiny scratches or imperfections from being installed for a month, otherwise crystal clear and like new. I will include a set of Beamtech H4 LED Bulbs.
