Well my frame isn't too bad until the rear and it gets crunchy. Well I been washing it for the past few months with the pressure washer and hosed the inside out. Well here's my plan..

    1. Wire brush the frame go at it hard in the rear and body mount welds. Then clean frame with accaton idk with a rag then let dry or rinse off after ?

    2. Spray the frame with rust converter. Not sure what brand yet. Will do at least 2 coats. I guess it takes 24 hours for each coat to dry.

    3. Then spray vht chassis paint . Was thinking of doing por 15 after the rust converter but i dont think it will stick plus por 15 isnt made to be a topcoat soo i would have to paint over that.

    Soo that's my plan.

Just started this endeavor on my 01 Taco. Used OSPHO to convert the rust. Not sure what paint to use yet. But gonna finish with amsoil HDMP. Do you have before pics of your frame?
