    yea, having been born and raised in the Northeast (NY and NH). A: those inspections don't mean crap, since almost anyone could get the sticker for a price and B: When I moved to Florida the first thing I noticed was WOW the cars are so much nicer then our rusty shit boxes up North unless, caveat, you traded in a lot or were constantly rinsing/protecting.
    I'm not convinced OP is of this world so now I believe in aliens again.... LOL. :)
