5100’s are good for stock coils according to Bilstein, but not warrantied for aftermarket coils. I used stock coils on the top perch for my front lift with 5100’s and they’re great together. I also did a 2” AAL for an even lift.

255’s should fit without a lift. I’m on 255/85r16’s and it fit stock and lifted just about the same.

Yes, on my UCA lifted and stock (I have an SR with stock 16x7 +30 offset steel wheels, your OR has less offset and shouldn’t rub) until I added wheels spacers. Plus some slight rubbing on my aftermarket front mud flaps.

6112’s are a big difference. I’m running 6/5 settings with 650 coils for skids / sliders armor etc. Great ride on and off-road

Speaking of 1-1.5" lift - for my '21 PRO can't I just do .5" top plate spacers good for 1" in front and a 1" block in the back? Seems like this would retain the PRO's ride. I've measured multiple times and the spread between stock front height and stock rear height is roughly around .5" - its pretty level from the factory.

More than content with my 2/1" 5100 lift.

Doing 1" up front and no block in the back wouldn't be a bad idea at all.
