$265. Normal price was $409. at Northern Tool. So not quite half off, but still. A good deal to me.

Is a kit with two batteries and a charger. Like I need another charger. Haha

Those M12/M18 chargers can be sold easily the M12… might have to pay for someone to take it. Once you have two chargers in the garage, one in the shed, one in the house and one in the tool bag you don’t really see a need to hold on to too many more. :anonymous:

I agree. Those m12 can be hard to get out. You really have to pull on them hard to get them out of my M12 stubby. I even have to grunt some times.

    Nothing wrong with brushed.
It’s just a wear item. We are still running the 1/4” DeWalt we bought back in 2015 when we were racing motocross. It’s still going to this day. Never replaced a brush, and it still has plenty of power.

I get that. However, I've been shopping for a mid torque for a while (mostly looking at Milwaukee and Dewalt) and regardless of the list price, $200 is a good deal for a kit with battery and charger. This is my entry into the M18 tools.

Ya its still a good buy. I think the tool is about $150 and battery plus charger is another $150.

Dewalt has a similar deal going, buy two 20v batteries and charger for $200 and get a free tool.

Also at home depot? I see it for the stubby but not mid range.

Ya at home depot, I think Lowes as well. Basically it's dewalt's sale.

Depends on what you consider mid-range. Their mid-range line has 800ftlb of breakaway torque and 600 fastening which is borderline high-torque imho. The stubby is there new Atomic line which are compact but still brings 450 break away torque

I had a corded Bauer, lasted about 2-3 years, technically still works but the cord has a loose connection inside somewhere, like all things HF, doesnt last.
