After 6 looooong years, my wife's Land Rover finally got booted. I would rather have Muhammed Ali as my proctologist than own another one of these! Nothing but problems from day 1.

    See ya'

This is only the second "new" car we've ever purchased and the nicest we've ever owned. Man am I glad I talked her into a Toyota!

Saw them at the dealer the other day, they do look real nice. I wouldn't mind if the 3rd gen Tacoma looks like that. The Highlander looks good too for a commuter SUV.

    Congrats!

Very nice! Too bad about Land Rovers - they seem so plush but I know no one (other than Bill Burke) that loves theirs? What is up? And there are times I suspect Bill's is actually an experimental Taco. :)

The Discovery we bought was a service loaner with 7,000 miles on it when we bought it. We had electrical problems from the very beginning and thought we had it taken care of numerous times. About 3 grand later in labor costs and finding out it was going to cost 800 more for rear brakes and the front floor always being saturated, I couldn't stand it anymore. About the only good things I can say about that car is that it was great in the snow and it always started right up. It has to be the most un-ergonomical interior I've ever seen. This 4runner is really nice inside and I hope she stays happy with it.

That is a headturning 4Runner man. Land Rovers are really just Fords in a different body.
