Like to say good bye to everyone on here who helped me out in the past. I've decided to move to a full size and I decided against Toyota for a few reasons...price, fuel consumption, options....etc. I really wanted to go to Tundra but chose to get a 2015 Ram sport. I want to do some camping and I really need a 3/4 ton to haul a travel trailer. I know a lot of you will be hating on me and my decision and that's fine....I still respect you all.. :) who knows maybe I'll come back to Tacoma in the future as I loved my taco and it broke my heart to trade it. Take care guys!!

Well that is too bad that you had to traded it in!
I am sure it must have been a very difficult choice and decision, but you did what you had to do!
Man,you had a 2011, must have been nice?
My Tac is a 2007 and i love it..
Wish you the best with that new Dodge!
    Regards

    Ain't nothing wrong with that.
Thought the Tundra could tow with the 3/4 tons.

I did the same thing. I got a 2014 Ram 1500 Express QC. Its a very nice truck and even with the 5.7 I get around 20 mpg on my commute. Its different than the Taco and some ways I prefer others I don't. Both are great vehicles.

The part that does REALLY suck is the forums and aftermarket support. I had two Tacos before the Ram and I got used to Tacomaworld. Its a lonely world out there when you're driving a Ram. That's all I have to say.

    Couldn't have said it better.

The only Ram's I ever owned were two 1 ton trucks. I wanted a Cummins and the sad thing you could only get it in a Ram. It did everything I wanted but when I quit towing heavy loads I sold it.

I'd rather take a poke in the eye than drive a new one. I know I'll sound like a fanboy here but don't really care. Your resale value is GONE now. Hope you have good luck with the truck. To each their own.

I agree the resale isn't as good as the Tacoma but it has gotten a lot better recently. There are a lot of people driving Rams and they are a desired truck. At least in my area.

good luck.more important is the dealer service than the truck.my last dodge was a pretty good truck.dealer service destroyed it.imcompetant boobs had wrecked the motor by 100,000 miles.every time it went to the dealer it came out worse.I know they are not all the same but make sure u have some one good to maintain it.enjoy

Nice looking truck. If I didn't get a Tacoma I would have considered a Dodge too.

Yeah, once you go full size there is a wealth of options to choose from. I honestly have no idea what I'd buy if I went full size at this point, a lot of good choices. Enjoy your new truck!

Yup... as I've said before. I don't get them. Hope he's happy with the purchase but the other one on here right now has 100's of replies to it. If I were to (god forbid) buy another truck I would just leave quietly. I would still remain on the forums and offer any advise I could but other than that... We don't care. This is a Tacoma Forum. Expect some ribbing over whatever you purchase (unless it's a Raptor because those are cool :))

You're such a resale value patrol fanboy. :p

And I'm bored, tired, and want to go home. :frusty: Too bad it's Friday and not Saturday. Gotta stick around and smile for all the reindeer gamesters. Am I rambling?
