    You guys don't weld for bears? totally said bears...

    I am a hobby welder and my friends don't get charged time unless its a huge job. Everyone values their friends and time differently. No problem with people who dont weld for beer, time is valuable there is nothing wrong with saying no pay me. Some people have weld for beer people in their friend group some dont.
