I'm eyeing a 2017 TRD Sport DC M/T Blazing Blue Pearl, but wanted to see what others have paid or consider a fair deal.

The only way I was able to find one around here was through a dealer-to-dealer trade. They're quoting me at 33.5k for the truck all in delivered. I think that's something like 1.5K - 2k off MSRP if I'm not mistaken.

What have you guys paid? Do you consider that a pretty good deal?

Factory Blackout package, Soft roll up bed cover, Cheap seat covers, Front and rear dash cam, AVS in channel vent visors
To get some good responses you need to provide more details, such as any added accessories, 2wd or 4wd, P&T package?
Once you list all that you can get better ideas of if its good or not so good.

2017 TRD Sport, manual transmission, 4x4, tow package, V6. It does not have the premium and tech package. Just the basic Sport trim with a manual.

1.5-2k off MSRP is never a bad deal if the dealership isn't tacking on a bunch of other bullshit fees. A lot of people paid more.

Got mine about 250 over invoice, plus 499 dealer admin fee and taxes.

Yeah, They say their offer is $500 above invoice, plus $150 fee for dealer-to-dealer trade, plus taxes and dealer admin fees. Seems like a fair deal and right in the ballpark of what others are paying. I always question whether is really is $500 above invoice though. I mean how would I really know. They can throw out any number and tell me that what they pay for the vehicle.

check NADAdotCom and there is also a sticky thread at teh top of the 3rd gen section.

Oh and make them eat the 150 dealer trade cost. I mean how much would gas cost you for the drive?

I have had a few dealer trades done in my lifetime

My stipulation is I don't pay for it

Also I want it flat bedded
I don't want dealer 17 year old porter to put 300 hard miles on my stuff

Never had issues with any dealer obeying what I wanted

If they want your business they will do it
