    NADA is a better gauge as to what the truck is worth since its what the majority of banks use.Try that once.

    LEER Shell with dome lights operated with 3 way switches, aux backup lights with relay and 3 position switch, modified wiring to compass/temp display and clock to include switch that disables dimming function (poor man's DRL solution), Scan Gauge 2
    I paid 17,500 for mine with 41K back in december. That was private party fair kelly blue book value. I consider it to be in "good" condition.

    If it's a 6 speed, make sure you read all the 6 speed threads around here first.

    I sold a mint condition 05 Access Cab sport in 07 for 17,000 with 25k miles on it, so that seems high as hell to me. That dealer probably paid 12k from the owner, so they are jacking it up pretty high. Where are you located? location makes a big difference sometimes. I wouldn't pay more than 16,000 total. BTW, the 05's were the most problematic in terms of trannies (6 speed), paint chipping, leaf springs, and I think rust problems as well.
