Good deal?

Hey guys,

Im talking to a guy about a 2006 Tacoma Access Cab TRD Offroad. 4.0 V6 w/ 4wd. Roughly 64000 miles.

2.5" Camburg coil-over suspension.
31" A/T Tires
16" Eagle Alloy wheels

The guy says its in great condition and everything and he wants like 18000 for it. Im trying to talk him down to 17000, but what do you guys think of that deal.

Im also dealing with a dealership that has a 2008 TRD Sport quadcab with 59000 miles, for like 24000....Im thinking I can get them down to maybe 21. Im kind of leaning toward the 2006 because I prefer the access cab but I would like some advice on the both of them.
