I found a truck but the dealer wants to (add on) aftermarket alarm paint protection and Nitrogen filled tires and add that to the price of the truck. Because of all the Theft going around

definitely say no to Nitrogen filled tires as air is already 78% nitrogen that's not anything you will see a benefit from if your aren't filling race car tires. Paint protection is often a high markup item they pay someone minimum wage to apply, usually not worth it. Alarm might be worth having but is it a quality one, is it going to be installed correctly in a way no wiring gets hacked up?

I would deduct from their offer the cost of the items you feel have no value and tell them thats your offer and why. Walk if you don't like their reply.
I walked from a dealership that was trying that crap

I was told going to be added onto the price, they are doing it to all the cars on the lot.
I'll decline all that stuff. I have not problem driving my Tundra the hour and a half back home if they don't want to do it.

if you have a serious and make a fair offer they should take the junk off but some places are just bone head stubborn and will throw away a sale to wait for the right sucker. They know that is all crap to boost their profit for a next to nothing.

    Good Luck man!

    No deal today.
I drove 2 hours for a truck listed for 30k
When it was time to finance i was told the ad was wrong and the real price was 32k
And told me i was making it up so i showed them their ad in Autotrader.
I told them the best i would do is 415 a month
They kept pushing me to 465 a month
After hour and a half i walked back to my Tundra for the 3rd time and drove it home.
It wasn't meant to be . ill wait till something better comes along. The hunt continues.....
