    It makes no sense to me that the stock exhaust would be restrictive in any way. If it's robbing HP it's also robbing MPG. Why would mfg let that happen?

    should tame it down, make the rasp vanish, and retain a smooth flow since magna (the muffler the URD came with) and the borla I linked have no chambers

    that's pretty subjective, personally I think there's a lot of v6 engines that sounds good with a good system, the vr38/armytrix combo, lexus is350 with an invidia system, audis 3.0 with a stasis or corsa. I've heard some gnarly v6 engines the Tacoma just isn't one of them lol
