I just wanted to thank every one for thier suggestions and input, I decided to go with a "Garmin Nuvi 750". I like a lot it serves it purpose. Thanks Again.

i owned a garmin 265wt for 20 minutes and i took it back because it sucked so bad. it thought i was in New Jersey the whole time. I was in SC. I bought it for college, but when I went there for orientation, I really didnt need it like I though I would. Good old google maps did me just fine.

Well I have had Garmin ever since I started driving a motorcoach (bus) and they are not the bible but they are a great reference tool. Paper maps are ok but ever since someone thought I was dozing behind the wheel that is when I got my Garmin. I run the Garmin nuvi 260 but looking to upgrade. Unforunately Garmin only has one for the "professional" driver. I don't believe any of the models that were suggested above has setting for a bus/semi or do they? Let me know.
PS FYI If you use any map programs out there beware of Mapquest!! My house doesn't exist on Mapquest and if has been here since 1955.

I chose the Garmin 3750 because of it capacitive touchscreen, crisp display, and slimness. I do not need bluetooth or traffic, so I the 3760 and 3790 were out.

$285 at Amazon, $349 in most retail stores.
