Well after two trips to the farm and a person "try" at 5 finger discount I had to make some changes.
It is a total pain in the butt to get the hi-Lift jack out when the cover is on and having to climb over the spare tire.
The one time I did it I busted the bracket for the light. The alum stock I used did not work, they ended us getting stress cracks. SO I re-did things, the light I used steel stock to mount the light and change the location, the Jack, well I got the correct brackets for it, I didn't like the fact of drilling holes in the bed, but I added enough support behind I should not have issues.
I still need to do the shovel and get a night pic with the light on, but you all get the idea.

keep an eye out in the for sale section in a few days, I will have some quick fists, and some of the rail brackets I am parting with.

Wow your bed is clean. Mine always has brown water spots and dirt everywhere. Maybe that comes with living in the desert.
