Just bought a 1999 Toyota Tacoma from an old farmer out in Wilson. He used it as a farm truck and has 269k on it but replaced the engine with one that had 130k on it. I’m needing help finding a good shop or if you guys know of someone that works on yotas as a side gig that’d be awesome too. When the headlights are on both my front and back right blinkers don’t blink they stay solid and don’t work when I need to signal that way. It’s an automatic but the shifter is so loose I’m worried it might pop into another gear on rough road. I don’t know anything about cars except that I loved my ‘95 4runner and wanted another older Toyota. I did expect work needing to be done on it and would like to learn! Just don’t have any tools...send halp. I’m in Norman.

I could hook you up with someone in Tulsa but I know that's no help. Hopefully, someone from OKC area can help.

Wish I could help, but I don’t know of any good mechanics.

I live in the Norman area and I have used Top Tech Automotive in Norman a few times. They have worked on my Tacoma and our Acura with good results.

If you can get it to McAlester, take it to Sherman's Import Tech. He specializes in Toyotas.

Just cosmetic: Window Tint, radio knobs, temp control knobs, Tech-Deck, Tonneau bed cover, tail gate lock, de-chromed all badges inside and out, installed back up camera and custom bedside decals.
I know of a shop in OKC....they aren't Tacoma specialists, but they do good and honest work. The manager is a childhood friend of my wife....she knows more about cars and trucks than I will ever pretend to know.
