I ask because tire quality changes over time. I got great advice here about tires last time, I bought Michelin LTX M/S tires last time, I bought them at 136K. Now I'm at 258K with the same tires on my 1999 Prerunner that I bought new, over 120K miles on them, they've been great. Looking again for smooth, quiet road tires. Any recos?

@fedup the tire you currently have has done you very well. I would stay with the Michelin LTM M/S. Tires are only improved upon with the next, and new generations. The Michelin is a solid choice still.
