Good quality basket-style roof-rack (Canada)

So, unfortunately I'm looking at replacing my 2018, sometime in the next few months as a result of a Ford Raptor playing tag with my tail-gate earlier this year... On my current truck, I have an OEM two-bar roof rack, which has never really been very satisfactory; really, it's more decorative than anything else. I would like to get a basket-style one for my new truck, and yes, I know the obvious answer is, "Prinsu", but between shipping across the 49th and the exchange rate, it becomes prohibitively expensive for something I don't actually need that often (but want).

What I am looking for is a basket style like this:


preferably made of aluminum to avoid corrosion issues. I am looking for a Tacoma-specific one, as I've never had a lot of luck with "universal" fit accessories, and ideally one that is known not to produce wind noise (When the OEM rack has the cross-bars across the roof rather than length-wise, it produces annoying noise at highway speed) One thing I have noticed is that a lot of cheap ones don't provide replacement weather-stripping for the mounting track, such as this one:
