good rattle can for rust spots.

Whats a good kind of spray I can get for touch ups here and there to prevent rust spots on welds and suspension and such from getting worse? I don't have any real rot, just surface spots I would like to hit here and there..

 

Hit the spots with a quality rust convertor which will turn it into black iron oxide when dry then spray on Amsoil Metal Protector. It dries into a touch waxy coating that doesn't wash off or collect dust like oil coatings

 

I scrubbed mine with a green scotch Brite pad.
Then flat black RustOLeum
