    Too many to list now.
    Not entirely true, theres a reason high speed vehicles run wide tires. Stance and friction both come into play here. If you're tall, and going fast, in an effort to prevent tipping over you'll want to widen your stance.

    Im sticking to wide tires. I live in socal where we have mexico, ocotillo, julian, big bear, barstow, the beach. If you have a truck you run "normal" tires. If you have a lightweight buggy or utv, skinnies. We don't go slow enough to capitalize on the traction via flex of the tire. A lot more mechanical keying.
