Good read on the 'narrow vs wide' argument

Does this come into play with 33s? I love me some fast cornering, dont wanna roll over though.

 

I don't think you gotta worry, unless you're running low tire pressure.

 

Not entirely true, theres a reason high speed vehicles run wide tires. Stance and friction both come into play here. If you're tall, and going fast, in an effort to prevent tipping over you'll want to widen your stance.

Im sticking to wide tires. I live in socal where we have mexico, ocotillo, julian, big bear, barstow, the beach. If you have a truck you run "normal" tires. If you have a lightweight buggy or utv, skinnies. We don't go slow enough to capitalize on the traction via flex of the tire. A lot more mechanical keying.
