Lookin' to get some work done and don't have the time; CMC and a bumper replace (stock to southern style full plate).

Any good shops people like in this neck of the woods? I can trek down to Sac if that's what it takes but I'd prefer not to have to go all the way to the Bay and all of the threads I can see here are down that way.
