    Hey garage gurus.

I've got a 16x20 tuff shed, and a corrugated roll-up door on the west side.

It leaks water at the sides when it rains. Seems like it's just way too easy for water to get inside the tracks.

I've calked up the bottom of the track where it meets the threshold, thought that would be enough, but water still gets in. There's the gap at the top too, but I don't think water is getting in there.

I've seen that brush stuff, does that work? doesn't seem very water proof...

ours only seem to leak at the bottom if there's a lot of rain and it comes in under the door.

I was once a roll up door installer. The brush seal is probably the best. It won't be completely waterproof but it can get into those "valleys" on the curtian where wind blown rain will get in.

Yeah, mine doesn't seem to need a lot of rain, at least not heavy rain. Anything that is sustained for a little while seems to eventually let some water in. Not a ton, but I definitely see the evidence (stain on floor) maybe a small puddle.

I considered making a covered porch type structure to help keep at least some of the direct rainfall off the door.

Think I'll try the brush things first...
