Wanted to post this hear since I really couldn't find much info or reviews on this except for review in youtube for a mustang. Any way I bought Super Hi-Miler goodyear hose kit while shopping online after I had one too many beers. I bought these on an impulse while looking for OEM hoses for my tacoma(getting my truck ready for next year). Scheduling a trip to Moab :)

It came with 8 hoses for 49.97 plus 10 shipping on ebay the seller was actually Summit. Didn't know until I received. Anyway after some research apparently they are little more resistant to heat. I did not notice the box had a date of 12/2014

    Hoses contained according the boxe-
    -Upper hose
    -lower hose (4wd)
-lower hose (2wd) - Don't need it let me know if anyone needs it.
    -(4) bypass hoses
    -Straight hose 11inch

Also box reads for 2000-2004 tacoma

It took me 3 days to do this about 30 minutes a day during my lunch break (work from home). Probably could have finished quicker if I had the right tools super long needle nose pliers and if I was 6ft tall, I'm not a tall person. Any way I was not impressed with them I had to cut some of the hoses lower radiator hose needed to but cut by 1/4 inch but didn't do it since I always afraid my cut would not be straight enough. Here are some pics if some decides to purchase this hose kit. I didn't install two hoses since I pretty much gave up on trying to figure out where they went 1 bypass and straight hose(11inch). I'm thinking it's from the throttle body, but not of the hoses on my TB did not look anything similiar to what this kit contained.

here are some pics I took, points for matching colors under the hood.

Good price, anyway. Yesterday I paid around $17 for just a lower radiator hose at the dealership.

I paid a little more for a set of upper, lower, and heater hoses (USA-made Dayco's) from a parts house recently for my son's '96 V6, and had to cut a little off each hose to get them to fit properly.

Are these similar to the "Lifetime" hoses which used to come equipped on the Police Crown Vic P71s? Maybe its just the blue that reminds me of them.

subd... for... good deal on some great looking hoses. Thanks for sharing.:spy:

Could these run from the thermostat housing back towards the oil cooler? If they do I would definitely get this kit, I have a small weep in one of them. Not trying to order the part from Toyota, too much $$$.

Any chance that 11 inch straight hose is the overflow hose from the top of the radiator to the reserve tank?
