OKay, maybe I won't MISS you. But I certainly have appreciated this website!

I have sold my Tacoma and purchased a different make and model truck, so I won't be needing the wonderful technical help I've gotten here over the years.

I wish you all the best, and happy trucking!

The Tundras are AWESOME. Only reason I didn't go that route is I would have taken a MPG hit, the Tundra is thirsty.

I looked at the new Diesel RAM 1500 but it was pretty expensive. Cheapest I could option one (Reg cab long bed 4x4 base interior) was $33k. Forget that. This GMC was $27k with options (Plow prep, towing package, power interior package)!

Just think about the resale plummeting everyday...
...hell every time you see another one you might as well say "there goes another $50 off the resale....

There is a difference, it's not much. 36 mo. Residual for a Tacoma V6 DCSB is 63%, residual for a Sierra 1500 crew cab SLT is 61%.

The thing that makes a big difference are the rebates, GM is running $4,500 cash back - So basically, take the dealer price and automatically drop 4.5k...that's a chunk of change. It's handy if you're trading in something that's still financed because it'll cover any negative equity you might have.
