My deepest condolences to the family and close friends of Rick.

I never got to meet him in person but had a handful of great interactions with him on here. One of the great ones for sure.

I'm so sorry for you're loss.

Rick was always super passionate about his builds, and one of the reasons why I even started making my bike mounts.

    He will be greatly missed.

Prayers for you and the rest of your family.

    Edit:

Added his truck as the first large image on my website, and I'll ALWAYS keep his review up as well.

    RIP.

I'm not sure what the significance of Peggy's Cove on his obituary page is but I was just there on Saturday. It's pretty near heaven on earth and holds a very special meaning to me and my family who lost another family member the same way. We visit every year to honour them. I'll keep Rick in mind every time I'm there as well and honour him in the same way.

I’m so incredibly sad to hear of Rick’s passing.
I recall always seeing him offering to buy or pitch in on other peoples Tacoma parts and always selflessly trying to hook up deals with vendors. Such a good soul lost.
His selflessness is what inspired me to blindly send him a “pay it forward” gift one day.
I saw him post on an ad for a rear view mirror riser and it was already spoken for so I got in contact with him and sent him one. That was what kind of person he was and I wanted it to come back around to him. I never met him but wish I had gotten the chance to.
    You will be missed.

Had to go back in my inbox to find that interaction with him. Here’s a quote from him when he received it “some things just leave me speechless sometimes and this is one of them.”
He even mentioned not being used to being on the receiving end of things like this, I’m glad it made his day.

All my rigs are purpose built. From crawling to camping. I also enjoy a nice stock truck for what that’s worth. Toyota’s are the jam!
I joined TW in search of fixing issues I was having with my truck…

Not long after, did I realize how awesome the people were on here.

Rick was one of the most solid people I have gotten to know.

I wish you and your family the very best during this time. I will honor his memory, and may his spirit live on thru all that had the pleasure to meet him.
    Love
    JB
