    C = 6 ply tire with 2 ply sidewall
    E = 10 ply tire with 3 ply sidewall

    If you're off-roading I'd get the thicker sidewall. If you're not, then go for the better ride and lower weight.

    ^You are one of the FEW people on this board that knows a 10 ply tire with an E Load rating doesn't actually have 10-plys. Props for giving good info.

    I know this is an old thread, but I have read several people talking about blowing out their sidewalls. Is there any connection between blow outs and Load C and Load E side walls? I have BFG TA load E tires now and they dont bother me, I would definitely get load E again. I do haul fire wood, tow a trailer full of firewood on some pretty rough 4x4 roads. To me the load E on my BFG's are worth the piece of mind.

    Any one else want to chime in with their Duratrac updates that would be great.

    thanks
