    Bought my 2005 Tacoma, a few years ago and I love it! I've had some issues with it as it came from the north and has some rust but it's a manual and I enjoy it thoroughly.
    Now, however, I've got the check engine light of crankshaft/camshaft issues and have the knocking sounds...
    About to take a few deep breaths and spend my Christmas break diving into replacing the timing chain. Lol. I've read excellent information on this site for a variety of challenges so many thanks!

    I do, but not many. Most of my pics of my truck are close ups of parts I’m researching to fix or replace! Haha!! But here are two pics. One after replacing the steelies (because the tires were bad and I found a whole set of wheels with tires that was way cheaper than just 4 tires). The other pic is my poor Taco on the tow truck after the gas pump crapped out. Lol. Also, about to dive into the timing chain…. I’m nervous but excited to learn!!
