Toyota owns alot of shares in Subaru. I own a Outback and Crosstrek and both are outstanding.

$12,500. Clean title and Carfax. 3 owners, the first 2 were in 2006. The 3rd was the PO and he owned it from 2007 to 2016 when he passed and then it went to his wife. She sat on it since 2016 until finally deciding to let it go. I checked KBB and it was valued at $13 to $16 so I felt like this was a good deal. Except for the silver paint, which was probably because of clear coat failing, the car is really in excellent shape.

He just got his car, why would he want it to succumb to rust so soon?

Well, I'm still waiting on wheels with tires and suspension to ship out. I might not even get to drive the damn thing on the regular until September at this rate. So, might have to shoot for next spring when weather starts to be less crappy out in your area. We'll see how it pans out, if I can make it sooner, I will.

Finished the driver side floor pan and then dropped the carpet back in. Looks soooooo much better than before.

Finished installing the lower trim pieces, only had one left over push clip that I don't know where it goes and I lost on of the seat foot covers for the back on the driver seat. Meh. Dropped all the seats back in too.

Now I just need to clean and reinstall the center console.

LOVE STI’s. You are a brave man for thinking it will be a good daily. I had a ‘14 hatch, and they are a blast!! Congrats on the car!! It won’t be a great daily, but it will put many smiles on your face

I'll make it work for a daily. Part of why I did the sound deadening. Still gets better gas mileage than my 4Runner.

I'm very jealous. I spent a year looking for a similar one and couldn't come up with anything that wasn't beat to shit or 25k before I gave up.

Hope it treats you well and brings you lots of joy.

It's funny, the cleaned seats are more noticeable than the clean carpet since that was just hosed down. The seats were cleaned with pet stain deep cleaning stuff from Hoover and it's left a nice clean scent to them. When I got the car, it had that "old Japanese car" smell to it.

Side note, center console is cleaned up and reinstalled. Did that last night after work. Need to replace the DCCD switch and adjuster dial because they had drinks spilled on them. I'm hoping that is what is causing the DCCD error and will go away when they are replace. Also noticed the switch was actually broken on one side so probably isn't functioning properly.
