    Depends on how much you want to spend and what happened (ie if you can make an insurance claim without it hurting you).

    A complete fix is likely going to require a new door (or paintless dent removal and re-sculpting with bondo) and a new paint job.

    Luckily you have a white truck, best color ever for any kind of repair.

    If it were me (and I had a bad situation happen to me recently that was likely over $2,000 worth of damage) I would get someone who does paintless dent removal to take a look at it. Then I would look into wet sanding, spot touch up, and polishing post dent removal. You can do this yourself for probably a reasonable amount if you don't have any detailing equipment like a dual action (DA) polisher. My guess is under $500 for DIY. Less if you have all the tools and products you need.

    The guys in the detailing section can really help you out. Post this there.
