Yep. I have access to a 5’x5’ plasma cutting machine. What should I make? Or what do you need made? I’m already experimenting with roof rack, and bed stiffeners.

My only issue with those. Is from doing my own chop. I ended up cutting bigger than the plate I purchased. So they went to waste. Ended up using a flat piece and doing it from scratch

So you have a flame table too? That's a lot more than just a plasma cutter! Nice! I just use a plasma cutter to cut out all my templates by hand...congrats buddy!

DERP! I just re-read the title, CNC Plasma Cutter...damn details!

Yeah, we're planning on using it for our lighting needs but Covid put the kibosh on the event industry. So we flipped the script and decided to make other stuff with it in the mean time. It's a learning process but we're figuring it out. With my own Chop that I did. I quickly learned that you need to make the plates from scratch. I cut more than the pre made plates I bought. So they went to waste. Came out clean. Not as good as yours. But the grinder made the welds pretty.

Yeah custom plates work way better, that way you can gain more clearance. Congrats on the machine bud, and lemme know if ya wanna go ride dirt scooters sometime.
