    Well its been a week since i started working on the new job but......

    yesterday I got a call from another company and today they made me an offer, this new company I have worked as freelance architect for almost 5 years, and they offered me what I was asking on the first place, plus no trail period its a base job, with benefits and apparently health care plan for me and family.... the schedule is only 1 hour more per day, but also free weekends....

    this company business is in the real state for industries, rent, build to suit, lease to many companies like textron and hawker, so its kinda big... Im still thinking it but i might take the step

    The current job hasn't made anything to make me interested, so this past week i've been bored almost all day, and my boss has given me tasks that i wasnt supposed to do in the first place, i dont even have a computer yet so... its not working too good for me....


    what cha think?

    x2... I wouldn't worry about the current job - it's only a blip in your career and not even resume worthy (timeline wise).

    Congrats Ed.... and it just so happens that I work for one of the companies that you mentioned that rents out buildings... :p

    Go where you will be the happiest. If you quit the current job, just never mention it on future resumes. Chances are the current job won't even really hold it against you, they are probably used to things not working out sometimes.
