Oookay! We've got those too--usually the wheels are spinners up here. Most of the jacked-up trucks around here belong to good old regular hicks, so I've got no problem with that. The guys in the civics are just annoying though. Their parents must be sooooo proud.

ROFL! Ya got that right! You can hear them coming from a ways away, so there's always plenty of time to turn and laugh at them.

I don't know if they bite or not, but they sure are BIG! I was pulling out of the parking lot at work about a month ago when I noticed one walking around on my hood! Apparently it had been hidden by the scoop when I first got in the truck. It crawled up the windshield, over the top of the truck and down into the bed--I could hear it! Mind you this is all the while I was driving homedoing 35-40! I was really hoping it would just blow off, but noooooo. It was in the bed of the truck when I got home, so I parked in the driveway instead of the garage, jumped out of the truck and ran in the house. LOL! Goofy, I know but that thing was friggin' HUGE! I kept walking out to see if it was still there and eventually it was gone after an hour or so, but man was that creepy--it was loud crawling over the top!

NO!!! I hate sharks, the damn Jaws movies did it for me. And the damn Shark week on discover.

I can pretty much easily kill a spider or snake, but a shark... F-that. I refuse to go in the ocean above my shoulders. My fiancee won't go above her knees because of sharks.

I'm suprised there's not more people afraid of them.

I'll fight a shark. They're the zombies of the maritime world. Spiders are like ninjas and will kill you in your sleep. Fact.

And in response to charli's anecdote: I had a katydid ride on my brake reservoir of my Ninja for 30 miles @ 75 mph. He didn't scare me but I felt kind of cool, like he was my familiar or something. Pirates have their parrots and witches their cats.

praying mantis's are one of the few bugs i actually like. me and some room mates found one in our apartment one time and made her a pet and made her fight other bugs. she would hang from teh roof of her little cage and pick up the bugs then eat their heads, it was awesome. for the record, we held her all the time and never got bit, i dont think they can bite people. their front two arms are serated though and feel like tiny saws on your fingers. once she got bigger they kinda hurt but not too bad. she did poop on us alot though...

I guess it would be kinda hard to house-train a bug no matter how big it is.....

Spiders, bugs, sharks...geez you guys are wimps.

I'm afraid of something happening to my truck. Every time I've gotten a new car/truck, I always have the same nightmare that it gets stolen.
