    Great job and good looking out. It's great to have neighbors that care about their neighborhood. I make it a habit of writing down license plates of any car in the neighborhood that looks shady. If something doesn't look right, take the time to right down the plate. If later on you hear that someones house or car was broken into, you might have some valuable information.
