Reputable local PDR quoted me $250, is that pretty reasonable?

I am probably going to get more dings and scratches so I might just start ignoring them now. Or I could give it the good old boiling water suction cup try.

Wait til you get a few more dents and get a package deal. I wouldn't worry about that lil guy.

Edit: looks like a tricky dent with the contours. I wouldn't diy

I had a nearly identical dent fixed on mine. PDR guy charged me $150. You can't tell it was ever there.

Not a bad price, if it bothers you get it fixed, if you don't care what your truck looks like don't.

I’d be pissed if it was on my truck cause mine only has one little scratch, but it’s bound to happen eventually. It’s on the passenger side at least, just don’t go over there :D

I can't see the dent in your picture. If I could see a dent on a new truck...heck...If I see a dent on my 5 year old new looking truck there is no way I could strand it.

Might be getting too old for this.
That's a $100 (max) PDR job, in my experience. That's an easy spot to get to.

When they know what they're doing, PDR can be very quick and efficient.

One thing I'd keep in mind with these "my PDR guys charged me this much" posts is the location of the OP. I bet errythang is too expensive in Cali compared to Nebraska or Kansas. OP, Only way to tell is to shop around. I called 3 different places to quote PDR for my truck, all were relatively close to me so their prices were similar yet competitive. I also recommend considering the reviews of each when comparing their pricing. Good luck.

OP could probably have someone in the Escondido Home Depot parking lot fix it for $25. I lived in north county San Diego for 14 years. There’s options.

You could do what I did on my old car. There was a scratch on the rear bumper and it was noticeable but did nothing because I was waiting until the rear bumper looked worse. The car got rear ended and I got a new bumper.

Bruh, I can’t stress this enough. Also keep in mind it always cost more to fix someone’s else’s mistakes.

op- if your gonna do it make sure to do research on the guy. Videos of before and after work are fucking gold!

    Show me the dent?

I wouldn’t pay someone to remove that dent.

I have a few dents in my truck about like that.
And a few that are bigger.
I don’t get bothered when I find new ones.
Nothing to worry about once it’s done.

I’d keep my money and save it for maintenance and future repair.
Like the ones that are necessary to get from point A to B.

That dent will be just fine. I say leave it.
