90A max current is serious(though likely at high pressure only). How is it cooled and with a 1-year warrantee, how long can it be expected to last. A lot of members build in OBA and the site gives little info on what it would take to install. Some of these units are literally disposable. What makes yours better? Filling 4 tires in 5 minutes will almost certainly burn it up rather quicker but though you claim the capability you specifically deny coverage for the one thing most likely to cause failure.

It is just air cooled like the others. It does come with a 1 year warranty. That is the best in the industry! I have been selling them for over a year now with no returns, no complaints. You will need to 4 tire air hose setup to inflate in 5 minutes or less.

 

Do you make one with the auto mode or plan on making one?

 

Yes my next order will have the digital pressure gauge for setting a tire pressure and it will hit the targeted pressure and auto turn off. I should have them end of May.

 

Whats the duty cycle and do you use standard NPT thread to use for an onboard air system to fill tanks?

 

15 minutes, and yes it is 1/4 NPT thread.
