Got alignment today but they didn't just my camera bolts

Not quite sure what you're asking here...but reguardless of stock strut size or aftermarket super long strut like fabtech uses there still needs to be proper placed bump stops to keep the shocks safe..

 

Maybe you know this but by this question it kinda seems like maybe you are worried that a bad alignment will cause your struts to blow? If thus is the case have no worries!!! Pretty much the only thing a shitty alignment will do is cause your tires to wear all screwed up at an accelerated rate.
