Well that sucks. You need to talk to your land lord and explain the situations. Emphasize the fact that the house could have been damaged in the process of your fight, and all the other things that could have went wrong in the process. It wouldn't take someone with half a brain to figure out that this guy isn't a good tenant.

Get rid of him while you can, it will only get harder as time goes on. You also could go get a police report filed and give it to your land lord.

The whole time I was reading it, I was thinking "this better not end with 'you're moving with your auntie and uncle in Bel-Air'".

As everyone else has said, kick him out!

If it was me he would be gone. Its only a matter of time before his actions result in a persons death, either his own or a innocent bystander. Drinking and driving is unacceptable so is threatening physical violence. It sounds like he has a lot of growing up to do. Its not your job to parent or watch over him. If he is not willing to change he needs to leave

Yep, time to kick him out. Explain the situation to the landlord. Tell them none of you feel safe with him around and he needs to go ASAP. If he threatens anyone again, you can always call the police and get a restraining order.

Next time he goes out report him for DUI. Maybe some time in the slammer and a few court ordered AAA meetings will do him some good.

I agree, kick him out. But you almost have to do it with you all there and everyone has to feel the same way and stick to your decision.

You can't really kick him out if hes on the lease if you convinced the landlord you guys would have to cover his part of the rent unless you can find a new roommate in the middle of the semester which will be hard to do

Get some anger management classes after you kick this dumbass out.

Going into "full fight mode" and not even knowing what you did to the guy is a BAD thing. It's dangerous for you more than anyone else.

^ things are always fuzzy when Im in a full fight, it's just the adrenaline. I knew what was going on when I was fighting, but afterwards everything that happened in the fight went blurry. You should know what Im talking about...

yea i know what you're talking about its hard. its the same with pain. you get hit in the face or something in a fight and you don't really notice till afterward. the adrenaline takes over and you don't think. shit happens. i would boot his ass out though. especially since you guys have tried to talk to him and he doesn't do anything. you guys seem to be good enough to try to help him. if he doesn't want the help then he doesn't deserve to have good room mates/ friends like you guys

    thats my opinion anyway :)

No reason to get concerned about that. I've delivered beatings to a lot of those fellas. Only one will actually fight....the rest will stand there and watch while the only one with balls gets the brakes beat off of him. Then they all go to the safety of the street to talk shit collectively. They like to size up whoever they are mouthing before it actually comes to blows. One fella was running his mouth while taking his shirt off. While his head was covered up by the shirt, I blasted him right in his cocksucker. The other 3 did nothing but stare at me like they wanted to suck on my pecker. I shoulda made em do it.

Aside from all that, if he comes back, have a sober talk with him. If he starts to bug out on you, put the boots to his ass and then evict him.

Nothing I hate worse than some dawg that can't hold his liqour.
