Got my 10 PT inspection done at Dealership, wondering where to start

Here are the pics from my inspection. I know about the timing chain cover leak. It looks like maybe need to replace the upper control arms soon?

With your truck's age and miles. Is it leaving puddles of oil or do you have to be adding oil all the time? It may not be worth the cost unless your having other work done in that area.
I had a Chevy with the 4.3 in it. Valve stem seals leaked. They were known for leaky valve stem seals. A little smoke at start up and 1/2 quart oil between changes. Engine ran fine, no problems. It wasn't worth the cost to fix it.

 

Sorry for your troubles mate. I'm all to familiar with some taco sauce oil leaks, but goddam. I'm pulling for you.
