They also checked my rear differential and said it was dry, meaning no leaks. It was raining and wet when I took it in so I'm not sure how they came to that conclusion. I know there was dirt stuck to the rear (very light) when I looked after receiving the notification but it wasn't really leaking and never saw a drop on the driveway where I park. I believe they torqued the bolts so I'll keep and eye on it.

I posted because they said the cabin filter was replaced free of charge and that was included with the 20,000 mile service. I've never seen that mentioned here and thought it was worth noting. I'm guessing it is right and not complaining at all.

All in all, Holman Toyota Mt Laurel NJ has been pretty good to deal with up this point. I'm happy.

Also I should note, I only have 9600 miles on the truck but they worked with me anyway. I've owned it for almost 20 months. This oil change will get me through the winter at least as I only put about 500 miles a month on my truck. I typically do my own maintenance so I'm on my own from now on.

Even if it’s raining the diff would be dry from the heat. If that’s the case they can tell if it’s leaking.

Lucky you they said they replaced my cabin filter and didn’t.

I didn’t noticed until a few weeks later so I just bought it cheap.

I still gave them my $0.02
