    Got my Ivan Stewart wheels last week from H20tx.( great guy to deal with). Had them installed , So I wanted to make sure the torque was right. Didn't want to spend two hundred dollars, So I picked up a Kobalt torque wrench.It came with a certificate or calibration and a life time warranty . Can't beat that for just under a hundred bucks.I figure for doing my wheels four times a year it was a good deal.
