    2016 Tacoma SR5 4x2 Double Cab Short Bed.
    I'm all about efficiency. Eventhough mine is a 4x2, I hunt too and will be taking mine out. I will not go to crazy places or abuse it, but you know, it's going out too. Again, I would like to have the best mpg possible.

    If I had mud flaps they would get torn off. My '06 is missing two... I am glad they aren't there. I can wash the mud off.

    Temps have been high here too and I kind of thought the same thing. Then...I checked out a blind I haven't paid much attention to this year and there were fresh scrapes all around it. I hunted that stand yesterday and the buck I'm after was chasing does all over the area, just never came close enough for me to get a shot. Based on that I'd say the rut is on here in Northern Virginia, probably peak in a couple of weeks if we get some cold nights.
