Yeah you sure are. you kick up rocks and mud and dirt and clouds of rain on cars behind you. and you have dark tail lights. so people behind you can't see you as well and could cause and accident. what a dick is right

Freedom doesnt mean do whatever you want no matter how it affects other people. Can you imagine how deadly the roads would be if there were no controls on what type of equipment was allowed to use them?
Vehicles have to meet certain specs to be driven on publicly owned highways. i have no problem with that. You can drive whatever you want on private property.

Tires that stick way out past the fenders just for the purpose of sticking out are stupid. Tinted tails are stupid-er.

Move to GA where no one cares about any of that. A lot of people run dark technically illegal tint as well, no one cares, even cops run it on their personal vehicles. Its actually legal to go as dark as you want on anything behind the driver, passenger windows.

Very Utilitarian. Actually freedom means you can do whatever you want. If OP wants to look funny with tires sticking out then he is free to. This isn't Mad Max we're talking about....

Any other freedoms you think people shouldn't have?

is the person driving with no mud flaps at fault if a rock flies up and hits someone's windshield? And By that same logic are dump trucks at fault when it happens?

Tinted tails reminds me of the days when people would install "clear tails" and not bother to put in red bulbs so you'd second guess if a car was going the wrong way.

Does this mean I get to beat the fucker who drives around here with 10" Ben Hur wheel spikes on an '83 Caprice?

Sure is nice when our governments make rules for safety and also get their asses to work enforcing them. Sure are a shitload of rules no one seems to be enforcing nowadays.

    Texters next?
