Shouldn't the state be at fault for having a roadway littered with dangerous objects or less than optimal roads?

I think its quite funny about window tint laws, when I see a cop car with illegal tint....

I tell you what, living on the east side I get nervous as hell when someone pulls up with those crazy ass spikes sticking 10"+ off their vehicle. Most people on the east side can barely drive as is. I swear I saw some dude with spikes sticking at least 12" off each wheel. Ridiculous.

Well I don't run mud flaps so I always assumed either that or the person was following me close enough that they could get hit by something, a lot of people around here follow so close that if I tap the brakes they'd rear end me. I'll probably throw my flaps back on at some point anyway just to avoid any arguments...

Depends on the vehicle. Trucks aren't mentioned here: http://www.tinting-laws.com/georgia/
My dad's written plenty of tickets for window tint over the years.

I got pulled over, because my tires were too small. I told the cop, it is genetic, I am asian.

Pretty sure it's illegal to have tires stick out beyond body panels. It may depend on states.

Living in Kentucky has it's advantages. With the number of "coal buckets" (Dump trucks that haul coal from mines to tipples) we have no fault glass breakage laws. Your insurance pays for your windshield if it gets broke. Trucks are not liable for throwing up rocks. The laws that apply to that Twin stack Mack pulling a 38' end dump coal bucket applies equally to my Tacoma.

So stay out from behind me if you're paranoid about my Duratracs kicking up a rock...

Was cruising a farm road when my best friend kicked up a rock and smacked my windshield. He has 12.5 wides and 2" wheel spacers (it sounds bro but it isn't, his 15" wheels have shitty BSing and his metal cloak fenders don't stick out at all). I gave his rear bumper a nice clunk with my fairlead

This isn't necessarily relevant, just how we deal with things.

Before you put words in my mouth this is between fully armored wheeling buddies. No I won't hit your moms Prius for kicking a rock
